The hall accommodates up to 120 guests and includes many of the amenities you’ll need for a successful gathering. With a kitchen and food preparation area, dance floor, sound system, and plenty of parking, the space can accommodate everything from meetings to milestone celebrations.

Rental Rate

$475
Per Event

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and is applied toward the total $475 rental fee. The remaining $375 balance is due at least one week before your event.

Rental Access

Beginning at 8:00 AM on the day of your event

End Time

All guests must vacate the property by 11:00 PM

Events extending beyond 11:00 PM are subject to an additional $100/hour fee.

Rental Guidelines

To help maintain the hall and ensure it remains available for the community, renters are responsible for following Forest Grove’s rental policies, including:

  • The fire hall is a non-smoking facility.
  • Tape, tacks, confetti, and glitter are not permitted.
  • Parking is limited to designated spaces — fire apparatus access must remain clear at all times.
  • Alcohol is permitted; the renter is responsible for compliance with all applicable PA Liquor Control Board laws.
  • Renters are responsible for damages, kitchen cleanup, trash removal, and removing personal belongings after the event
